- Fluency with AI tools as part of your daily workflow - using them habitually to accelerate research, optimize process, design, prototype, drive decisions, and execution
- Demonstrated builder mindset - whether through launching products, founding something, side projects, experimentation, or creating new processes from scratch
- Experience with experimentation frameworks, A/B testing and adjacent consumer technology platforms
- Incredible product intuition, natural curiosity, a strong bias for action, an ability to form strong opinions with limited information and influence peers
- Demonstrated growth mindset - committed to continuous professional and personal development
- 6+ years of product experience, including 2 - 3 years owning consumer products end-to-end in startup / growth environments with demonstrable impact
- Experience in live events, hospitality, marketplace, or premium consumer experiences is a plus
- Strong communication and strategic thinking in cross functional environments
