  • You will own a portfolio of enterprise accounts, ensuring their growth and satisfaction, and coordinating across coaching, product, and operations.
  • You will develop and execute a data-backed growth plan for your portfolio, turning client gaps into real expansion cases.
  • You've come from consulting, a startup, a client-facing strategy role, or from running things behind a C-suite exec as a chief of staff
  • Now you want your own patch to own
  • You want to grow and move things forward. Fast
  • A few things that tend to be true of people who do well here:
  • You care about outcomes, not just optics — you're in it to make the client actually succeed
  • You have a strategic mind, but you're also an operator who executes and follows through. Nothing falls through the cracks
  • You're organized, curious, and comfortable juggling a lot of moving parts and people at once
  • You communicate clearly with anyone -whether you're presenting to a boardroom or talking things through with a colleague or an HR manager
  • Open to travel around DACH about 30% of the time
  • A real track record of owning important relationships and delivering results
  • 3 years+ in top-tier consulting, a strategic client-facing role in B2B Enterprise, or a Chief of staff to a C-suite leader
  • Native-level German (C1+) and fluent English
  • Experience selling to HR, L&D, SaaS, or tech
  • You've worked somewhere fast and a bit chaotic, where you had to build the process rather than inherit it
