AI Agent Orchestration Specialist

As an AI Agent Orchestration Specialist, you will play a crucial role in orchestrating AI agents, integrating them across the Edflex ecosystem, and driving measurable impact across the organization. You will work closely with the COO, CTO, and all business teams, and your skills in AI orchestration frameworks, LLMs, REST APIs, and programming will be essential for success in this role.

• Prioritise and deploy AI use cases, designing, prototyping, and shipping AI agents.
• Integrate agents across the Edflex ecosystem, connecting them with various platforms to create seamless automation.
• Architect multi-agent workflows, building pipelines that combine different agents and setting up monitoring and audit logging.

To succeed in this role, we expect the following skills from our future colleague

• Solid experience with **AI orchestration frameworks**: LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen
• Hands-on knowledge of **LLMs** (GPT, Claude, Mistral) and advanced prompt engineering
• Proficiency with **REST APIs, webhooks, and automation tools**: n8n, Make, Zapier
• Programming skills in **Python and/or TypeScript**; familiarity with CI/CD and AWS
• Experience with **B2B SaaS environments** (edtech or HR tech a strong plus)

Autonomous and driven, you have an exceptional ability to **translate business needs into technical solutions**. You have experience working cross-functionally with non-technical teams and are known for your process engineering skills, change management mindset, and clear, synthetic communication. You thrive on proactivity and ownership.

You have **3 to 5 years of professional experience**, including **1 to 2 years on LLM or AI automation projects**, in a B2B SaaS environment. Your background might be as a business analyst, technical PM, solutions engineer or automation engineer who has grown into AI — what matters is the combination of business acumen and technical execution.
