Senior Product Designer

Join our team as a Senior Product Designer, where you'll play a crucial role in shaping AI-powered healthcare workflows. You'll work on a multi-persona platform, designing for internal and external users, operators, and patients. Your responsibilities will include breaking down complex problems, driving concepts to shipped products, and communicating design decisions to cross-functional partners. You'll also contribute to our shared design systems, tools, and processes, and explore new ways of working to help the team learn faster and ship better.

• Concevoir et diriger le design de produits à travers plusieurs flux de travail au sein d'une équipe interfonctionnelle, en tenant compte des besoins des utilisateurs internes et externes.
• Décomposer les problèmes complexes et articuler votre raisonnement pour passer des concepts bruts aux produits livrables, en concevant des solutions pour différents utilisateurs.
• Collaborer avec les équipes produit et ingénierie pour planifier, séquencer, valider et itérer sur les conceptions, en communiquant les décisions de conception et les compromis.
• Experience designing for enterprise SaaS and multiple organizational roles and personas with varied needs, roles, and technical/system fluency
• Moves forward through ambiguity, using judgment and evidence rather than waiting for complete briefs
• Experience designing developer tools, platform products, or workflow automation
• Demonstrable experience making complex systems understandable and usable for the people who rely on them
• Technical curiosity - engages with component APIs, data models, and system constraints as design inputs
• Healthcare industry experience
