About The Role

Join our dynamic engineering team as a Staff Fullstack Software Engineer. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications that significantly impact healthcare delivery. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, build and optimize RESTful APIs, implement best practices for code quality, and mentor junior engineers. You should have 8-10 years of relevant work experience in fullstack web development, a deep understanding of modern web application development, and strong problem-solving skills. Experience with cloud platforms and containerization technologies is a plus.

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications that enhance patient care and streamline healthcare processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement robust solutions, build and optimize RESTful APIs, and ensure high reliability and maintainability of software.
  • Mentor junior engineers, provide guidance and technical expertise, and contribute to architectural decisions and code reviews.
  • Strong ability to break down complex problems into manageable components and implement effective solutions across multiple services
  • 8-10 years of relevant work experience in fullstack web development, with a focus on modern technologies and frameworks
  • Deep understanding of modern web application development, including proficiency in front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue) and back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, Ruby)
  • Experience writing maintainable, well-tested, and reliable code, with adherence to software development best practices
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate designs, architecture, and technical concepts clearly
  • Excellent problem-solving, coding, and debugging skills with a proven ability to deliver scalable solutions
  • A collaborative mindset, willing to work closely with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., GCP, AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus
