Lead Recruiter

Join our team as a Lead Recruiter during a high-growth phase. This hybrid role requires both high-level execution and team guidance. You will own critical searches, partner with executives and hiring managers, and maintain a strong candidate experience. Additionally, you will guide and support a team of recruiters, drive consistency in interview processes, and ensure recruiting output is scalable as the company grows. Strong communication, stakeholder management skills, and a high ownership mindset are essential.

• Encadrer et soutenir une équipe de recruteurs, en fixant des attentes claires en matière de qualité et de performance, et en fournissant des retours d'expérience en temps réel.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• High ownership mindset and comfort operating without close supervision
• Ability to manage workload across both IC execution and team oversight
• 6–10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth, technical environments
• Prior experience mentoring or leading recruiters (formal or informal)
• Strong judgment, attention to detail, and consistency under pressure
• Strong IC performance track record
