Senior Software Engineer

Join our team as a Senior Software Engineer and become a key player in building the platform that powers global fulfillment. You will own core services end-to-end, mentor other engineers, and influence major technical decisions. This is a hands-on, high-impact role in a small team where your contributions will significantly impact the business. You will work with modern AI-powered development tools and help shape our engineering culture and best practices.

• Contribuer à la conception, au développement et à la maintenance de services et d'API évolutifs et sécurisés dans un environnement cloud sans serveur, principalement en Go et React.
• Prendre en charge un service spécifique au domaine, de la conception au déploiement et à la surveillance, en utilisant des outils de développement assistés par l'IA.
• Mentorer d'autres ingénieurs à travers des revues de code, du pair programming et des discussions de conception, et aider à façonner notre culture d'ingénierie et les meilleures pratiques.
• AI-native - you already use AI-powered dev tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) and are genuinely excited to build with them every day
• Extensive experience with AWS, event-driven architecture and serverless infrastructure like AWS Lambda
• Strong backend fundamentals and deep commercial experience with Go - or a strong systems background in another language and the drive to master Go fast
• A pragmatic builder with a knack for simplifying complex systems and shipping scalable solutions
• Fluent designing and building RESTful APIs, with a solid grasp of microservice and serverless architectures
• 2+ years in a senior software engineering role, ideally in a startup environment
• A product-oriented mindset - you care deeply about solving real user problems, not just shipping output
• Strong React / front-end experience
• Terraform or other infrastructure-as-code
• E-commerce, logistics or supply-chain exposure
• Experience mentoring engineers or leading technical projects
