Product Manager (Online)

Join Travelex as a Product Manager (Online) and lead the delivery of key online journeys and ecommerce experiences across our digital channels. In this hands-on role, you will own and manage the product backlog for key online areas, translate business and customer requirements into actionable user stories, and drive end-to-end delivery. You will work closely with engineering teams, commercial teams, geo teams, and external partners to ensure clarity and effective delivery. This is a delivery-focused role that requires strong communication and stakeholder management skills, as well as experience in online ecommerce product management.

• Own and manage the product backlog for key Online areas, translating business, customer, and partner requirements into actionable user stories.
• Drive end-to-end delivery of key online journeys and ecommerce experiences, working closely with engineering teams to ensure delivery clarity and resolve blockers.
• Lead product conversations with senior stakeholders and external partners, managing delivery complexity and ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Strong Agile delivery experience
• Comfortable leading product discussions with internal stakeholders and external partners
• Strong communication and stakeholder management
• Strong online ecommerce product experience
• Experience working with engineering teams
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity, competing priorities and multi-stakeholder delivery
• 3+ years experience in Product Manager or similar role

• Understanding of SEO and emerging search paradigms (AEO/GEO)
