  • Manage significant marketing budgets to maximize growth, efficiency, and profitability across social channels, ad networks, and DSPs.
  • Own the end-to-end user acquisition creative strategy, build performance-driven creative roadmaps, and test new formats to improve conversion rates.
  • Define and execute App Store Optimization (ASO) strategies, lead organic growth initiatives, and align ASO with paid user acquisition hooks.

  • 3–5 years of experience in mobile user acquisition, performance marketing, or growth marketing
  • Experience working in the social/mobile game industry is highly preferred
  • BA/BS Degree in Marketing, Finance, Economics, or an equivalent quantitative fields
  • On-site 5 days a week
  • Hands-on experience running campaigns on major networks (e.g., Meta Ads, Google AC, AppLovin) and using ASO tools (e.g. AppTweak)
  • Deep analytical mindset with strong data-driven decision-making skills; ability to turn creative and ASO test results into actionable growth strategies
  • Advanced Data Skills: High proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis. Knowledge of SQL, Databricks, and Tableau is a major plus
  • Proven track record of owning or heavily influencing creative strategy and ASO (App Store Optimization) for mobile apps or games
  • Knowledge and passion for mobile games!
