About The Role

Join Jam City, a leading mobile gaming company, as the Senior Manager of Total Rewards and People Operations. In this role, you will lead the Total Rewards and People Operations team, overseeing global compensation, equity, and benefit programs in 8+ countries. You will also manage all People Operations functions, including HR policies and compliance, HRIS, and serve as the global People data champion. This position is based in Los Angeles and offers a range of benefits, including unlimited PTO, paid sick time, and a 401(k) savings plan.

Lead the Total Rewards and People Operations team responsible for implementing and administering global compensation, equity, and benefit programs in 8+ countries.
Oversee all People Operations functions including HR Policies and compliance, HRIS, and serve as the global People data champion.
Manage the job and pay structure, conduct market analysis, manage compensation surveys, and recommend salary structure adjustments.
Experience with benefits design, compensation, sales and incentive compensation plan, and equity compensation
Experience managing a team and multiple functions of the People discipline
Global HR experience (min. US and Canada) and strong understanding of employment law
Workday experience preferred
Leadership experience in the successful operational delivery of HR processes, systems and programs and the continued processes of policy governance and adherence
CCP, CBP or SPHR certification a plus
Proven ability to build process and HR operational infrastructure in a rapid-growth environment
Ability to make quantitative and data-driven decisions along with context of qualitative data points
