About The Role

Join our team as a Senior People Partner for the Pharmacy division. In this pivotal role, you will drive strategic people initiatives and provide day-to-day HR support for our Pharmacy teams. You will serve as the primary People Partner to the Chief Pharmacy and Logistics Officer and their leadership team, aligning business goals with talent strategies. Your responsibilities will include coaching managers on performance management, fostering a positive employee relations environment, leading employee relations matters, collaborating with various teams, supporting organizational change initiatives, analyzing employee data, and acting as a culture ambassador.

  • Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to develop trust-based partnerships with leaders and influence across levels of the organization
  • Experience working with UKG (HRIS system) is a plus
  • Flexibility to occasionally adjust schedule to support evening or off-shift employees, including periodic onsite presence outside standard business hours
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment with autonomy and accountability
  • Strong experience in employee relations, organizational effectiveness, and performance enablement
  • Working knowledge of employment law (especially Illinois, California, and Florida); experience in pharmacy or warehouse environments is a plus
  • Demonstrated success supporting geographically dispersed teams, including multiple on-site locations and remote populations
  • Experience with OSHA regulations or workplace safety programs in pharmacy, healthcare, warehouse, or logistics environments preferred
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly (approximately 10 times per year) to pharmacy sites and/or headquarters
  • 7-9 years of progressive HR/People Partner experience, including support for operations, warehouse, or frontline teams
