Senior Accountant

In this role, you will be responsible for various accounting functions and reporting areas, ensuring complete and accurate financial reporting. You will manage third-party invoicing, prepare bank and balance sheet reconciliations, and perform various month-end and annual close processes. You will also collaborate cross-functionally on financial processes and assist with year-end audits. • Assurer la préparation des rapprochements bancaires et des bilans, la gestion de la facturation tierce et la réalisation de divers processus de clôture mensuelle et annuelle.
• Prendre en charge un large éventail de procédures de clôture comptable mensuelle et annuelle, y compris la préparation de diverses écritures de journal et l'aide à la préparation des états financiers.
• Collaborer avec des partenaires interfonctionnels pour aider à suivre les transactions d'inventaire dans le système ERP et à rapprocher les enregistrements d'inventaire.
• Ability to use knowledge, experience, and resources to overcome obstacles and challenges when conducting work
• Strong understanding of financial statement preparation and analysis

• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment
• Ability to organize and prioritize responsibilities effectively in order to meet timelines
• CPA preferred
• Preference for a background in auditing and / or consulting
• NYC based
• Undergraduate degree in accounting
• 2-5 years experience in public accounting
