• Collaborate with peers across Xero to create and deliver software to customers, supporting the team to grow their technical capability and improve development practices.
• Shape the technical direction of the product group by breaking down silos and driving multi-year product or platform goals, using data-driven decisions to solve customer problems effectively.
• Lead incident responses, resolve failure patterns, and guide quality testing strategies, while coaching and mentoring engineers to help them grow their technical capabilities.
