Senior Sales Operations Analyst

Join our team as a Senior Sales Operations Analyst, where you will be the analytical and operational backbone of our Canadian go-to-market function. You will synthesize data, insights, and operational rigor to enable the sales team to perform at their best. Your responsibilities will include proactive forecasting, quota deployment, and maintaining internal systems for peak efficiency. You will act as a strategic partner to sales leadership, translating complex commercial questions into clear recommendations. Additionally, you will build and maintain scalable SQL data models and Tableau dashboards, drive the adoption of modern GTM technology, and design and execute territory models and quota deployments.

• Synthesize data, insights, and operational rigor across the sales engine to enable the team to perform at their best.
• Act as a strategic partner to sales leadership, translating complex commercial questions into clear, evidenced recommendations.
• Build and maintain scalable SQL data models and Tableau dashboards to power regional reporting on partner performance and pipeline health.
• Communicating complex data insights clearly is a strength of yours, helping you build strong relationships with sales leadership and cross-functional partners
• You have hands-on experience with Salesforce, including a deep understanding of data quality management and CRM administration
• You bring extensive experience in sales or revenue operations, ideally within a SaaS or subscription-based business environment
• Proficiency in Tableau or similar BI tools is something you possess, enabling you to create and document dashboards for non-technical stakeholders
• Your strong SQL skills allow you to build and maintain scalable data models that the business can trust and act upon
