Senior Solutions Consultant

Join Xero as a Senior Solutions Consultant, where you will play a crucial role as a technical expert and strategic advisor. You will lead complex solution opportunities, act as a partner to the Sales team and customers, and shape deal strategies. Your impact will extend across the entire customer lifecycle, guiding partners through pre-sales discovery, data migration strategies, and implementation governance. You will also elevate the capability of the wider team by modeling best practices and coaching others. This is a hybrid role that offers flexibility in work location.

• Lead end-to-end discovery and complex technical scoping to define scalable solution architectures for large opportunities.
• Design and validate tailored future-state blueprints across the product suite, practice tools, and ecosystem applications.
• Advise strategic partners on data migration strategies for complex legacy environments and establish robust implementation governance.

• You bring deep domain knowledge of accounting or bookkeeping workflows, with a background advising firms or working operationally within them
