Head of Brand Creative

Join Phantom, a leading company in the crypto and consumer finance space, as the Head of Brand Creative. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and evolving the brand's creative strategy, managing and mentoring a team of brand designers, overseeing the creative development and production of campaigns, and ensuring visual and verbal alignment across all channels. You will work closely with marketing, product, communications, and leadership to align brand creative with business objectives and user insights. • 10+ years of experience in brand creative and design leadership, ideally in consumer finance, fintech, crypto or consumer tech
• A visionary creative thinker with a strong portfolio demonstrating brand-building, campaign execution, and cross-channel design
• Expertise across design disciplines (brand identity, digital, motion, campaign, and content)
• Proven experience managing and scaling high-performing creative teams
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with shifting priorities
• Strong grasp of cultural trends, with the ability to translate them into brand-relevant creative
• Experience in crypto, a crypto-native mindset or demonstrated interest in decentralized ecosystems
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, you can inspire both your team and executive stakeholders
