Release Management Engineer (Mobile)

Join Phantom, a leading company in the crypto and fintech space. As a Release Management Engineer (Mobile), you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end release process for our iOS and Android applications. You will work closely with engineering, QA, product, and support teams to ensure releases are predictable, efficient, and safe. This is a hands-on role that requires strong organizational, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.

• Améliorer et automatiser les tâches de publication répétitives à l'aide d'outils tels que GitHub Actions, Fastlane, Bash ou Python.
• Strong organizational, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills
• 3+ years of experience in release engineering, mobile DevOps, build engineering, or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of App Store Connect, TestFlight, Google Play Console, mobile signing, provisioning, and certificates
• Ability to troubleshoot mobile build and deployment issues
• Hands-on experience releasing production iOS and Android applications
• Experience managing release branches, versioning, hotfixes, and staged rollouts
• Experience working with mobile CI/CD systems such as GitHub Actions, Bitrise, CircleCI, Buildkite, or similar tools
• Familiarity with scripting or automation
• Ability to remain calm and make clear decisions during time-sensitive releases or incidents
• Experience supporting a high-scale consumer mobile application
• Experience with React Native applications

• Previous experience in crypto, fintech, web3, or another highly regulated or security-sensitive product area
• Experience with Fastlane or other mobile release automation tools
