Junior Art Director / Video Editor

Join L'amour, a leading player in the Italian fashion industry, as a Junior Art Director / Video Editor. In this full-time internship, you will work closely with the Social Media Manager and Project Manager to create engaging content for Instagram and LinkedIn. You will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity, attention to detail, and passion for luxury and fashion.

• Edit short-form content for Instagram and LinkedIn, adapt campaign assets into engaging social media formats.
• Create motion graphics, titles and dynamic edits, and support the Social Media Manager in developing visual concepts.
• Monitor fashion, luxury and social media trends, apply social media best practices in terms of format, rhythm, storytelling.

**Necessary technical skills :**

• Very good knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator
• Experience editing vertical and social-first video content
• Understanding of social media pacing, storytelling and formats
• Motion design skills
• Basic colour grading and sound editing skills are appreciated

**We are looking for someone who :**

• Has completed one or two previous internships or professional experiences in a creative agency, social media agency, content production studio or in-house creative team
• Is passionate about luxury, fashion, culture and digital creativity
• Has a strong understanding of Instagram and LinkedIn content
• Has an excellent visual eye and strong attention to detail
• Is curious, proactive and eager to experiment
• Enjoys working closely with project teams and clients
• Is organised, responsive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Can balance creativity, precision and efficiency
• **Languages :**

• Native Italian speaker - Professional English required - French is a strong plus
