Senior Fullstack Engineer

Join our team as a Senior Fullstack Engineer, where you'll primarily focus on frontend development using React and TypeScript, while also contributing to backend development with Python. You'll have the opportunity to lead frontend architecture decisions, design and implement interfaces for our payments dashboard and internal tools, and collaborate with backend engineers on API design and integration. • Lead the frontend architecture and set the bar for quality across our interfaces, including component design, state management, performance, and scalability.
• Design and implement React and TypeScript interfaces for our payments dashboard, reporting surfaces, and embedded product experiences, translating complex financial workflows into intuitive, accessible interfaces.
• Establish and maintain frontend best practices, component libraries, and design patterns for a growing team, mentoring engineers and conducting code reviews with a focus on quality and consistency.
• 5+ years of software engineering experience with significant frontend ownership
• Database: Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Frontend: React, TypeScript, component architecture, state management
• Cloud: Google Cloud Platform or similar
• Backend: Python, REST APIs, web frameworks
• Enough backend range to build and extend APIs independently, Python experience preferred
• Experience working in a collaborative team with shared codebases and code review culture
• Demonstrated ability to own features end to end, from data layer to UI
• Tooling: Git, CI/CD, testing frameworks
• Strong production experience in React and TypeScript, these are the primary skills for this role
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience
• Familiarity with domain-driven design or clean architecture patterns
• Experience with internal tooling for operations or compliance teams
• Design system or component library ownership
• Financial or fintech products, including dashboards, reporting, or transaction workflows
• Data visualization and reporting: experience building charts, dashboards, or analytics surfaces
