Lead Product Designer F/H

Join Kazaar, a strategic spin-off of the Altavia Group, as a Lead Product Designer. In this role, you will define and drive the overall product design vision, own a scalable design system, and partner with the CPO as a strategic creative voice. You will also collaborate with and guide the Senior Product Designer and Product Managers, translate complex B2B use cases into simple interfaces, and establish visual design standards across the platform. • Définir et piloter la vision globale du design produit et l'expérience utilisateur à l'échelle de la plateforme.
• Posséder un système de design évolutif (composants, tokens, patterns) qui permet la cohérence et la rapidité à travers le produit.
• Collaborer avec le CPO en tant que voix créative stratégique, en façonnant la direction du produit, pas seulement en l'exécutant.

**✅ What we're looking for**

• 5+ years in product design, ideally in B2B SaaS or complex platforms
• Portfolio showing platform-level UX thinking — not just isolated screens
• Command of design systems and UI craft
• Use of AI tools actively in your workflow (Figma AI, Cursor, generative prototyping, etc.)
• Confident communicating design rationale to non-designers
• Working-level of English (all documentation is done in English)
• Basic understanding of French
• Experience leading or mentoring other designers
