Senior Paid Social Manager

As a Senior Paid Social Manager, you will be responsible for executing and managing paid social campaigns across various platforms, optimizing performance, and translating data into commercial recommendations. You will have the opportunity to shape audience strategy, manage creative workflows, and act as the day-to-day contact for social agency partners.

• Plan, build, traffic and optimise campaigns end-to-end across Meta Ads Manager, Instagram and TikTok Ads.
• Own audience strategy: retargeting pools, lookalikes, CRM-matched segments and interest-based prospecting.
• Monitor daily performance and make real-time bid, budget and creative decisions to hit CPA and volume targets.
