Footwear Development - Colors & Materials - Women's (F/H)

Join our team as a Footwear Product Development Manager for Women's Colors & Materials. In this role, you will be responsible for executing color and material development across Women's footwear categories, ensuring design intent is delivered with high quality, on time, and within cost targets. You will collaborate closely with Design, Product Merchandising, Sourcing, and Manufacturing to develop scalable, consumer-right color and material solutions that support seasonal strategies and brand objectives.

• Gestion de l'ensemble du développement des couleurs et des matériaux, de la remise du design à l'approbation de la production.
• Assurer la faisabilité, la fabricabilité, la performance et les normes de qualité des matériaux.
• Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes de conception, de merchandising, d'approvisionnement et de fabrication.
• Solid experience in footwear color and material development.
• Strong understanding of materials, finishes, color application, and manufacturing processes.
• Experience working with Asian manufacturing partners.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with PLM and digital development tools preferred.
