Senior HR Business Partner (Product & Tech)

About The Role
Join our team as a Senior HR Business Partner, where you will build and maintain partnerships with the leadership team to create a data-driven People Agenda. You will advise leaders on people growth strategies, monitor progress against the People Agenda, facilitate employee engagement action planning, and address complex employee relations issues. This role offers a range of development programs, unlimited therapy and coaching sessions, a hybrid working setup, and the opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with leadership to create a data-driven People Agenda, particularly with C-Level Leaders in Tech & Product.
- Advise leaders on strategies for employee growth, retention, and performance management, and monitor progress against the People Agenda.
- Facilitate employee engagement action planning, develop understanding of key talent, and partner with Talent team to address development needs.
- Commitment to taking on an independent, structured, and agile way of thinking
- Being a passionate, communicative, and assertive HR person that understands the needs of our business and a good listener to our managers and employees
- Talent for coordination, teamwork, strategic thinking and driving impact
- Excellent verbal & written English communication skills
- Being a strong team player who is used to working with senior stakeholders and big teams (+100 people) across several locations
- Unquestioned integrity and a confident presence to effectively resolve sensitive employee issues
- Experience in partnering C-Level Stakeholders, especially in bringing Functional Leadership Team into High Performing One
- Bachelor's degree, preferably with a focus in Human Resources or Management
- Showcasing a strong business acumen and a data driven mindset, with the ability to dig into numbers and analytics to inform decision making
- Solid judgment, critical thinking and ability to balance the needs of the company, managers, and employees
- 7-10 years of professional experience in the HR department of an international company, with at least 4 years of experience in the HR Business Partner area
- Demonstrated success coaching, training, advising, and providing consultative support to leaders across multiple levels
