About The Role

Join our team as a Platform Product Owner, where you will manage a platform of tools across the company and tackle complex problems with innovative solutions. You will conduct customer interviews, prioritize the backlog using data, and act as the primary translator between leadership, customers, and engineering teams. Your success will be measured by metrics like Time-to-Value, Adoption, and Impact to the business.

  • We’re looking for a problem-solver who gets excited by the ambiguity of product discovery, loves talking directly to internal customers, and enjoys building the path forward rather than following one
  • You can understand and validate pain-points with customers and get to the root cause of them to understand problems deeply. You are also able to push back gracefully when something is not a priority
  • You can manage expectations with senior leadership regarding timelines and cost, advocating for a “Roadmap of Problems” rather than a rigid “Gantt Chart of Features”
  • You prefer running an experiment to prove a hypothesis with data points rather than writing a 50-page requirements document
  • You thrive using tools like Jira, Slack, Confluence, and Miro to create structure and clarity without letting process get in the way of progress
  • Ability to write simple scripts and use AI tools to generate working prototypes to accelerate your work
  • Experience with agile workflows (Scrum/Kanban)
  • 3+ years as a Product Owner, ideally for enterprise SaaS platforms (Slack, Atlassian, G-Suite, Figma, etc.)
  • Experience applying prioritization frameworks (RICE, WSJF, etc)
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and APIs (SCIM Provisioning, AWS, GCP, Rest, etc.)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field
  • Familiarity with LLM Infrastructure and APIs (Gemini Enterprise, AWS Bedrock, etc.)
  • Ability to read architecture diagrams and understand the difference between RAG and an AI Agent
  • Experience working in the video game industry is a plus
  • Experience working with Enterprise SaaS vendors
