Security Operations Engineer

Join Take-Two Interactive, a leading video game publisher, as a Security Operations Engineer. In this role, you will support and maintain our Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response (SOAR) platform, work closely with senior engineers, and contribute to expanding our security automation capabilities. You will gain hands-on experience with various security tools, APIs, and cloud services, and your efforts will directly contribute to safeguarding Take-Two and its labels' systems, networks, and data.

• Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills with a natural curiosity for breaking down manual workflows into logical, step-by-step processes
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a Security Engineering level role. Previous experience working as a Security Operations Center (SOC) analyst or IT support technician is a strong plus
• Scripting Skills: Foundational scripting skills in Python (or similar languages) with the ability to read, troubleshoot, and write basic scripts for API integrations
• Additional Scripting: Exposure to programming and scripting languages like Go, Bash, PowerShell, or JavaScript
• Certifications: Entry-to-intermediate industry certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CySA+, GIAC Information Security Fundamentals (GISF), or GSEC
• Tool Exposure: Familiarity or academic/lab experience with a leading SOAR platform (such as Palo Alto Networks Cortex XSOAR, Tines, or Splunk SOAR)
• Security Frameworks: Basic familiarity with security frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK or NIST
