About The Role
Join Take-Two Interactive, a leading video game publisher, as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner. In this high-impact role, you will provide expert HR counsel, coaching, and thought partnership to leaders and employees across our global footprint. You will drive people strategies that enable business growth and organizational effectiveness, while modeling Take-Two's core values of kindness, teamwork, and excellence. This position requires strong business acumen, sound judgment, and the ability to operate effectively in a global, matrixed environment.
- Serve as a strategic HR partner to senior leaders, aligning people strategies with business objectives to drive performance and engagement.
- Lead and execute core HR programs across the employee lifecycle, including performance management, compensation planning, and talent reviews.
- Analyze and interpret HR data and workforce metrics to generate insights and inform decision-making, driving process improvement and operational excellence.

- Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills; comfortable acting as a change agent
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business needs into effective people strategies
- Demonstrated experience partnering across multi-location and/or global teams supporting tech and non-tech functions
- Experience building, evolving, and scaling HR processes and programs
- HR professional certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent) preferred but not required
- Proven ability to operate in fast-paced, high-growth environments with agility and sound judgment
- Experience using Workday and other HR systems and tools, along with Google Suite and Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet critical deadlines
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and partner across all levels of the organization
- Ability to work with both onsite and distributed remote teams effectively
- High degree of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism
- Solid project management capabilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 6–8 years of direct HR Business Partner experience, preferably within fast-growing, global technology, media, or entertainment companies
