People Intern

Join Tropicfeel, a sustainable travel brand, as a People Intern. In this generalist role, you will work closely with the Head of People to ensure smooth operations across the People function. Your responsibilities will include supporting onboarding and offboarding, coordinating workplace needs, publishing job opportunities, reviewing applications, and participating in company events. • Support the preparation, collection, and organization of contracts, amendments, employee documentation, signatures, and exits.
• Coordinate workplace needs, office supplies, and recurring providers, and keep People information, processes, and checklists organized and up to date.
• Publish job opportunities across our ATS, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels, review applications, and coordinate interviews with candidates and Hiring Managers.
• Ideally, previous experience in administrative roles or university/workplace internships
• Native/bilingual Spanish and fluent English (minimum B2/C1 level)
• Strong interest in the Tropicfeel brand and a passion for learning modern HR practices
• Highly organized, proactive, and structured approach to tasks
