About The Role
Join Tensordyne, a cutting-edge AI technology company, as a Hardware Design Engineer. In this hands-on, multi-disciplinary role, you will have ownership of various hardware system development aspects, including schematics, PCB layout, mechanical design, and component selection. You will collaborate with operations in AVL management, EVT/DVT/PVT testing, and certification. This position offers a unique opportunity to interact directly with ASIC, software, product, and operations teams to gather necessary requirements and specifications, and develop industry-leading AI Inference HW products.
- Assumer la responsabilité de la conception et du développement de systèmes matériels, y compris la capture de schémas, la conception de PCB et la sélection de composants.
- Collaborer avec les équipes d'ingénierie, de produit et d'opérations pour recueillir les exigences et les spécifications nécessaires.
- Participer activement aux tests et à la certification des produits, en veillant à ce qu'ils respectent les normes de conformité.
- Self-starter and highly-motivated to work in a dynamic start-up environment
- Solid understanding of CPU subsystems and modern power subsystem designs as well as expertise in HW bringup
- Experience in part selection, AVL management and working with manufacturing operations teams
- B.S. degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering
- Hands-on experience in all aspects of schematic capture, PCB design, as well as understanding signal integrity, mechanical and thermal design areas
- Demonstrable experience with EVT, DVT, PVT testing and certification processes is a plus
- Previous involvement in representing engineering considerations in contract manufacturing relationships
- 2+ years of hardware engineering and experience with product-cycle aspects therein
