US Clinical Operations Associate (V.I.E Program – USA)

Join a fast-growing MedTech startup as a US Clinical Operations Associate. You will coordinate clinical studies with major university hospital centers, collaborate with vascular surgeons, support documentation and regulatory filings, and contribute to clinical data management and analysis. This is a unique opportunity to work at the heart of a MedTech company, with daily collaboration with international clinical experts and exposure to both European and American healthcare systems.

• Coordination of clinical studies across the US, including site selection, startup, monitoring, follow-up, and reporting.
• Collaboration with first-class vascular surgeons in the US, organizing regular touchpoints, and feedback sessions.
• Support for documentation, ethics submissions, and regulatory filings, ensuring compliance with international regulations.

**Eligibility for VIE criteria :** French or European nationality, aged less than 29yo and you need to meet **one** of the following criteria :

o I am enrolled in a higher education institution outside the US (in theprocess of obtaining my degree). **OR**

o I graduated from a higher education institution outside the US less than12 months ago. **OR**

o I can provide my latest higher education degree obtained outside the US(or a transcript with no reservations) **AND** prove at least 1 year ofprofessional experience outside the US in the V.I.E. mission field. **OR**

o I can prove at least 5 years of professional experience outside the US inthe field of the V.I.E. mission. **OR**

o I hold a valid OPT (Optional Practical Training).

• Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Curious, adaptable, and ready to work in a **startup environment** where autonomy and initiative are key.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to multitask and think outside the box.
• Previous experience (internship or first job) in **clinical research or medical device** environment is recommended
• Strong understanding of clinical study processes, regulatory standards or knowledge of the cardiovascular field would be a plus
