Senior UX/UI Designer

• Designing efficient, scalable, and user-centered experiences across internal platforms and customer-facing web products.
• Collaborating closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to turn operational needs into intuitive and high-impact solutions.
• Conducting user research in operational environments, running usability testing, and analyzing data to understand user needs and improve workflows.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating experience designing complex workflows, data-heavy interfaces, or operational systems
• Proven experience working in an agile development environment, with the ability to iterate quickly and prioritise design tasks in fast-paced, collaborative settings
• Proficiency in Figma
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and design systems, with experience creating and maintaining them. Proficiency in Design System for managing design components is required
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript), and the ability to collaborate effectively with developers to bridge the gap between design and implementation
• Experience conducting end-to-end user research and usability testing, with the ability to translate research insights into actionable design decisions
• 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with experience designing both internal tools and customer-facing web platforms, including dashboards and complex systems
