HR Business Partner

Join Showpad as an HR Business Partner, where you will serve as a strategic partner to executives and business leaders while executing and improving people programs. You will manage complex employee relations issues, provide coaching and guidance to leaders, and maintain in-depth knowledge of employment laws. You will also own and execute core People programs, partner with People Ops colleagues for process improvements, and champion programs that foster an inclusive, high-performance culture.

• Act as a trusted advisor to executives and senior leaders on HR matters, translating business goals into people strategies.
• Independently manage complex employee relations issues, providing coaching and guidance to leaders on difficult conversations.
• Own and execute core People programs end-to-end, including merit cycles, performance reviews, engagement surveys, and exit processes.
• Solid knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices in the US and EMEA
• Experience executing People programs (merit cycles, performance management, engagement surveys, etc.) with high attention to detail
• Proven ability to manage and resolve complex employee relations matters with empathy, fairness, and legal grounding
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in an HRBP role
• Proficiency with HRIS platforms (Workday a plus) and data reporting tools (Excel, Culture Amp, or similar)
• Strong communicator with the ability to influence and build trust across all levels of the organization
• Experience in a high-growth, international software or technology company is a strong plus
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
• Strong business acumen and the ability to connect people strategies to organizational outcomes
