Vice President of Brand Marketing

In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies, communications, and marketing content. You will also hire, train, and structure the marketing team for success, support various internal teams, design and execute marketing campaigns, and measure the performance of all activities. • Develop and own growth strategies, communications, and marketing content for all MadHive constituencies.
• Design and execute marketing campaigns to define MadHive’s unique values in a complex competitive environment.
• Measure the performance of all activities and campaigns, and assess them against goals (ROI, Key Performance Indicators).
• Proven experience hiring, motivating, and mentoring a high-performing marketing team
• A visionary with a driven personality – not only highly analytical and strategic but also creative and hands-on in nature
• Deep understanding of the ad-tech ecosystem
• Must have deep knowledge and passion for streaming content and video advertising products and technologies; experience in enterprise/B2B software a plus
• Well-connected within the industry, staying abreast of the latest trends and best practices
• Demonstrable experience in positioning a company in a competitive market and winning market share
• Proven experience and success across all disciplines of marketing (product, branding, strategy, social media, communications, business development)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field is desired
• You are a change agent: see ‘ambiguity’ as an opportunity as opposed to a hurdle, and thrive on challenging yourself to push beyond conventional thinking
• 10-15 years of professional marketing experience and at least 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role
