MRO Materials & Processes Focal Point

Join Safran Aircraft Engines as an MRO Materials & Processes Focal Point. In this role, you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, respond to customer queries, prepare technical analyses, coordinate tasks within the engineering team, and track team activities using digital tools. You will also support planning and prioritization of technical tasks, develop contacts with other Safran entities, and promote lean, continuous improvement, quality, safety, and customer orientation within the organization. A master's degree in a technical field and 3+ years of experience in aerospace technical documentation are required.

• Cooperating with internal and external stakeholders from international Material and Processes teams, PSE, Customer Support, Design, Technology and Quality teams at various stages of the product lifecycle.
• Responding to customer queries within tight schedules, preparing technical analyses in response to inquiries from customers regarding after-sales technical support.
• Coordinating and allocating tasks within the engineering team, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
