  • Write clear, engaging communications tailored to internal and external audiences, and manage the development and distribution of a weekly internal newsletter.
  • Support the rollout of company initiatives by helping to prepare messaging and detailed communications plans, and create graphics and visual designs to enhance and amplify communications.
  • Collaborate with the Corporate Communications team on a variety of internal and external initiatives and events, contributing ideas and enthusiasm, and develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, English, journalism, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and graphic design tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with strong attention to detail
  • Comfort with emerging AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, etc.) and curiosity about how they shape the future of communications
  • Curiosity, adaptability, initiative, and a growth mindset—you’re excited to learn, take ownership, experiment, and stretch your skills
  • A proactive, self-starting approach – you take initiative, anticipate what’s needed, and follow through without waiting to be asked
  • Ability to thrive in a hybrid office model based in San Francisco
  • 1–3 years of experience (including internships) in communications, journalism, digital media, or a related discipline
