  • Effective communicator who is comfortable presenting ideas and updates to a range of stakeholders
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills, with a collaborative mindset and a genuine interest in building lasting partnerships
  • Self-directed and proactive, while also embracing teamwork and shared success across teams
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and adapt to evolving needs
  • 4+ years of professional experience in partnerships, business development, marketing, or a related field; bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • You actively look for ways AI can improve your work, from accelerating analysis to approaching problems from a different angle, while staying thoughtful about accuracy, data sensitivity, and where editorial or human judgment still belongs
  • Experience in financial services or lending
  • Familiarity with affiliate, lead-gen, or partnership marketing models
  • Experience using AI-powered reporting or analytics tools in a marketing context
  • Our ideal candidate will be flexible working across time zones when necessary
