Join our team as a Senior Marketing Automation Analyst, where you'll drive marketing performance through the execution and optimization of automated campaigns. - 2+ years of experience in marketing automation or a related marketing field; bachelor's degree or higher, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- You've been using AI tools in your daily life long enough to have real opinions about them — what they're good at, where they fall short, and when to trust the output — and you're ready to apply that intuition to real marketing problems
- You use sound judgment when applying new tools or approaches to ensure accuracy and quality
- You're detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple campaigns and deadlines at once
- You've thought through the brand and compliance implications of AI-generated content and are building workflows your team can trust and repeat
- You collaborate effectively across teams and adapt your approach based on feedback and data
- You use AI to accelerate content development, audience analysis, and campaign optimization, while being discerning about where editorial judgment still belongs to a human
- You take ownership of your campaigns and proactively look for ways to improve performance and process
- Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, HubSpot, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Familiarity with A/B testing and campaign performance analytics
- Experience working in a regulated industry, such as financial services
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for email template troubleshooting
