• Implementing high-impact features and solving novel problems that make a difference to real people.
• Serving as a technical pillar within a cross-functional team, providing deep technical expertise, peer mentorship, and guidance throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Taking end-to-end ownership of the delivery of key technical projects, acting as a catalyst for technical excellence, and championing the creation of comprehensive documentation.
• Knows how to get the most out of AI-powered development techniques, and is excited to stay on the bleeding edge as the technology continues to develop
• Is passionate about solving problems involving complex systems related to the delivery of high quality healthcare
• Has strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design, build, and ship solutions to complex technical problems
• Has 6+ years of professional software engineering experience, 2+ of those years being in a senior role
• Brings empathy to the table, can communicate effectively within and outside the engineering organization, and cares about what patients and other users experience
• Ideally this candidate can work in a hybrid capacity, splitting their time between our NYC office and home; however, there is flexibility commensurate with experience
