• Lead the development of insight-led, creator-first strategic responses to client briefs, pitches, and proactive opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with Creative, Client Services, Media, and Talent teams to develop integrated campaign solutions.
• Mentor and support junior strategists, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and strategic excellence.
• Proven experience developing and selling creative strategy that balances brand objectives, audience insights, and platform behaviours
• A naturally curious mindset with a passion for brands, culture, communications, and the evolving creator economy
• A proactive, highly organised approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive momentum across projects
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing cross-functional teams and senior clients
• Experience facilitating workshops, strategic planning sessions, and collaborative ideation processes
• Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities, with confidence presenting complex ideas in a compelling way
• A creator-first mindset, with a deep understanding of creator culture, social platforms, and what drives meaningful audience engagement
• The ability to think both strategically and tactically, moving seamlessly between big-picture narratives and executional detail
• 5–7 years' experience in a Strategy, Creative Strategy, or similar role within a creative, digital, social-first, or creator-focused agency
