Go To Market Engineer

• Auditer les flux de travail GTM dans les ventes, le marketing et le service client pour identifier les opportunités d'automatisation.
• Concevoir et construire des flux de travail agentiques en utilisant des outils comme Clay, Claude et Hightouch pour remplacer le travail manuel.
• Diriger l'activation et la formation des équipes GTM sur les nouveaux flux de travail alimentés par l'IA et favoriser l'adoption durable.
• You're also a natural teacher. You can take something complex and make it click for a rep who just wants to know how to close faster
• You've worked in RevOps, GTM Operations, or Solutions Engineering and understand how go-to-market teams actually operate day-to-day
• You're comfortable with APIs, prompts, and stitching tools together
• You're a learner first. You stay on top of AI releases, you experiment constantly, and you get excited when a new model drops because you immediately see how it applies
• You've probably already built something with Clay or Claude that nobody asked you to build
• You thrive when there's no playbook. This role is new and you'll be writing the rules as you go
• Experience building enrichment and outreach workflows with Clay
• Familiarity with knowledge graphs and building AI context layers (Glean, vector search, RAG systems)
• Experience building with Claude, including skills, custom prompts, and agentic workflows
• Experience with Hightouch or the composable CDP / data activation ecosystem
• Background at a data or developer tools company
• You've run internal enablement or training programs before and people actually showed up to the second session
