About The Role

Join Clio, a fast-growing SaaS company, as an Accounting Operations Specialist in Dublin. This role focuses on Accounts Receivable for the EMEA region, supports Accounts Payable, and contributes to finance project work. • You've mastered self-management and take pride in delivering accurate, timely work, whether working independently or as part of a team
  • You bring strong month-end close discipline, with a solid grasp of deferred revenue, cut-off management, and AR ageing
  • You're comfortable moving between AR and AP work as the business needs shift, and you're energised rather than thrown off by variety
  • You don't wait to be asked, you proactively chase approvals, resolve exceptions, and keep things moving. Ambiguity doesn't slow you down, you thrive in the pace and change that comes with a scaling SaaS business
  • 2+ years of experience across Accounts Receivable and/or Accounts Payable, or Accounting Operations more broadly
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment
  • An accounting credential (completed or in progress).
  • Bachelor's Degree in an Accounting/Finance related field
  • Strong work ethic, energetic, and a positive attitude
  • Ridiculous attention to detail
  • The ability to wow people with your written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles (US GAAP, IFRS, and ASC 606 is preferred)
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience in a SaaS/Technology multi entity environment
  • Proven ability to work on multiple projects with tight deadlines
  • Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite/Leapfin/Coupa)
  • Prior exposure to both AR and AP functions, or a demonstrated ability to pick up new finance processes quickly
