About The Role
Join Clio, a rapidly expanding legal tech company, as the Director of Product Management for our Enterprise division. In this role, you will lead the development and evolution of our platform, craft and communicate a strategic vision, and oversee the entire product lifecycle. You will also build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams, ensuring alignment across departments and effective communication of product goals and milestones.
- Craft and communicate a strategic vision that aligns with company goals, influencing multiple product roadmaps to drive meaningful outcomes.
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, using data and customer insights to track key metrics and performance indicators.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand and translate their business needs into the product roadmap.
- Customer-obsessed: you talk to customers all the
- time (weekly, at least), and understand deeply how
- they want to get their work done

- complex and technical concepts into something our
- customers and the rest of the business can

- Over 9 years of experience in product management roles within the tech industry, with a proven track record of managing and
enhancing complex software products or platforms
- Strong business and metrics focus
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across product, engineering, design,
marketing, and sales teams
- Experience conducting user research, gathering feedback, and using data to inform product decisions that enhance the user
experience
- Experience designing & building technical products for volume usage
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence others and drive product initiatives forward
- AI is at the heart of your core work processes and the work processes you design for you customers
- Prior founder and entrepreneurial experience
- Legal experience
