Product Design Manager (Enterprise)

Join Clio, a leading legal technology company, as a Product Design Manager for our Enterprise segment. In this role, you will shape the design direction of our AI-powered legal intelligence platform, Vincent, and our enterprise-grade practice and matter management platform, Operate. You will lead a team of product designers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and champion user-centered design. This position is based in the UK, with a hybrid work model.

• A proven track record of shipping high-quality, user-centered products at scale
• A coaching mindset, able to build trust, grow talent, and lead through ambiguity
• Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles
• Experience designing for enterprise users with complex, high-stakes workflows
• A growth mindset when it comes to process improvement and new technologies, especially AI
• Deep expertise in user research, interaction design, and systems thinking
• 7+ years of product design experience, including SaaS or complex platform environments
• Demonstrated ability to connect design strategy to business and customer outcomes
• Proficiency with modern design and collaboration tools (Figma, Miro, etc.)
• 5+ years of experience leading and managing product design teams
• Experience designing AI-driven or data-intensive products
• Familiarity with legal, enterprise, or regulated industry products
• Experience contributing to or evolving platform-level design systems in multi-product environments
