Senior IT Specialist

As a Senior IT Specialist, you will deliver world-class IT support to Clio's global team, drive technical best practices, provide mentorship and training, onboard new employees, maintain hardware inventory, manage procurement and logistics, prioritize IT security protocols, implement and maintain policies and procedures, collaborate with external management and department leaders, create and maintain documentation, and continually grow and learn. • Deliver world-class IT support to team members globally, driving technical best practices and tailoring adoption to meet end-user needs.
• Lead by example by providing mentorship and training to team members, and onboarding new employees to systems and technologies.
• Own the procurement and logistics of new hardware and software, and maintain accurate inventory of all hardware through asset management tools.
