Senior Project Manager

In this role, you will lead complex, cross-functional projects and programs that drive strategic growth and operational improvements. You will work closely with functional leaders across the organization and facilitate communication and collaboration across workstreams. • Lead end-to-end project management for complex cross-functional projects, including launching new product lines and global expansion initiatives.
• Work closely with functional leaders to develop execution plans that align with Clio’s strategic vision and goals.
• Drive strategic alignment and decision-making discussions with project leads and executive stakeholders, facilitating needs assessments and task scoping.
• Project management certification, change management certification, and/or additional project management training - PMP certification is essential
• Experience conducting needs assessments, scoping project tasks and deliverables, facilitating decision making alignment discussions, and creating roadmaps and timelines/gantt charts
• 4+ years experience working in project management or adjacent disciplines in a fast growing SaaS/tech company
• Experience facilitating workshops with groups and coaching individuals
• Demonstrate a keen interest in improving your craft by using AI
• An undergraduate degree in an area that involves project management, business, research, leadership, or software development
• People management experience or if you have held any leadership roles
