- Établir et entretenir des relations avec les parties prenantes des équipes EMEA pour assurer une collaboration efficace dans les efforts de recrutement.
- Superviser un pipeline de candidats robuste et diriger le processus de recrutement complet, en mettant l'accent sur les efforts de recrutement stratégique.
- Collaborer avec les dirigeants d'entreprise pour s'aligner sur les stratégies de recrutement et atteindre les objectifs d'embauche trimestriels.
- Comprehensive understanding and application of HR best practices, ensuring compliance and alignment with organizational goals and values
- A track record of success with meeting hiring targets
- Demonstrates a strong sense of urgency and takes ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring timely and effective talent acquisition strategies are implemented to meet business needs
- Proficiency in utilizing a variety of recruitment channels, including inbound, outbound, referrals, and events, to attract top talent and build diverse candidate pipelines
- Experience championing diversity and inclusion programs or initiatives
- Experience sourcing, nurturing and hiring passive candidates
- Experience collaborating with cross functional teams internationally across multiple timezones
- A consultative approach to recruitment: A strategic thinker who brings a problem-solving mindset to any challenge throughout the recruiting process
- Strong knowledge of the EMEA tech community
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within a rapid-growth high-velocity environment with a focus on strategic and complex recruiting for both non-technical and technical roles
- Proven ability to leverage data and analytics to drive informed decision-making and implement behavioural changes that optimize recruitment processes
- Experience working at an agency and in-house tech / SaaS company
- Experience with Workday ATS
