Engineering Manager - AI specialist

Join Valtech, a leading experience innovation company, as an Engineering Manager - AI Specialist. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end AI transformation and operational excellence for a luxury client account. You will define and execute AI initiatives, drive innovation and continuous improvement, and ensure AI integration across key delivery pillars. This is a permanent position based in Paris, France, with remote and hybrid work options available.

• Lead Valtech’s end-to-end AI transformation and operational excellence for the client account, ensuring initiatives move from POC to industrialized, production-grade capabilities.
• Define and own the global AI transformation roadmap across eRetail and omnichannel delivery, ensuring alignment with the client’s business priorities.
• Act as Valtech’s AI and operational excellence reference toward the client, representing AI and delivery innovation initiatives in SteerCos, transformation committees, and executive forums.
