Retail IT / Delivery Domain Manager

In this role, you will lead the end-to-end retail delivery for a major client, ensuring predictable delivery, strong quality standards, and seamless collaboration with the client's retail teams. You will also be responsible for team leadership, governance, and technical oversight. This is a permanent position based in Paris, France, with remote and hybrid work options available.

• Lead Valtech’s end-to-end retail delivery for the client and teams across France and India, ensuring predictable delivery and strong quality standards.
• Own the performance, coordination, and execution of retail technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and robust execution.
• Lead and develop multi-disciplinary teams across France and India, ensuring the right roles, skills, seniority mix, and succession plans are in place to support a large multi-year program.
