Senior Manager of Content Operations

Join Overtime, a fast-growing digital media company, as a Senior Manager of Content Operations. In this role, you will work cross-functionally across the organization, leading projects and making decisions that impact various aspects of the business. You will manage Overtime's content series, coordinate collaboration between internal teams, work with talent, and assist with the management of internal documents. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of experience in the media industry, a strong understanding of Overtime's social voice, and exceptional organization and communication skills.

• Project manage Overtime’s content series, both editorial and branded, from ideation to publish.
• Coordinate project collaboration between all of our internal teams, especially between our Sales and Production/Social teams.
• Write-up creative concepts for use both internally and externally, and assist with management of internal docs, like programming calendars and edit schedules.
• 1+ year of people management experience
• You understand Overtime’s social voice and can describe it to internal and external stakeholders
• You LOVE consuming digital content and are well-versed in all of the social platforms
• Comfortable wearing many hats, and bouncing between different projects from minute-to-minute
• A self-starter, always looking for people and projects that could use a helping hand
• Your organization, communication and project management skills are ELITE
• Experience working with Talent is a plus
• You have incredible attention-to-detail
• Familiarity with all aspects of the video production process, from pre-production to field production to post-production
• 4+ years of experience working in the media industry with a focus on branded content
