You will collaborate cross-functionally with multiple teams and report directly to the CEO. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in design leadership, a deep understanding of premium lifestyle brands, and a passion for craftsmanship and storytelling.

• Lead and shape the design vision for Parachute's product categories, ensuring a cohesive and elevated brand expression.
• Drive concept development from ideation through execution, building both seasonal and long-range innovation pipelines.
• Mentor and inspire a focused design team while fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and design excellence.

• Deep expertise in textiles, materials, fabrication, manufacturing, and product lifecycle development, preferably within home textiles
• A strategic and conceptual thinker with a strong creative point of view and refined aesthetic sensibility

• 10+ years of experience in design leadership, concept design, or innovation roles within premium lifestyle, home, fashion, or consumer brands

• Proven ability to lead and scale a design team while mentoring exceptional and emerging talent
