Scrum Master (3 Months Contract)

Join ITG as a Scrum Master on a contract basis. In this role, you will manage and motivate sprint teams, oversee multiple projects across different platforms, and communicate effectively with internal team members and external clients. You should have experience in Agile management tools, project management, and a background in a fast-paced agency environment. • Manage and motivate sprint teams in a SCRUM framework for Agile projects, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously across different platforms, demonstrating strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Lead conversations with team members and external clients, acting as a clear communicator and facilitator in project discussions.
• You are great at managing and motivating sprint teams in a SCRUM framework for Agile projects
• You will be managing several projects at the same time across different platforms showcasing an ability to keep organised whilst under pressure
• We need a clear communicator who can lead conversations with different team members internally at ITG as well as external clients
• Due to this unique hybrid role, we are open to applications from a digital agency/consultancy background who have Project Manager experience and are looking for a new challenge
• Experience using Agile management tools such as JIRA
• Prince2 or CSM accreditation
• Experience of working within a fast-paced agency environment
• Experience working on Automotive projects
• Experience of writing functional specifications
